These Terms govern the use of the Macros application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Macros is a nutrition and physical activity tracking tool for personal use. It helps you log food, water and workouts and view your goals and progress.
Macros is not a medical, nutritional or professional health service. The goals, estimates and insights are for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies. They do not replace guidance from doctors, dietitians or other qualified professionals. Consult a professional before making decisions about diet, exercise or health, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.
AI food search generates approximate estimates of portions and macros. The values may be incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and adjusting any data before saving and for using good judgment.
To use the app you sign in with Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the information you enter into the app and for keeping your account and device secure. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to: use the app for unlawful purposes; attempt to circumvent usage limits (such as the daily AI search limit); reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the app without authorization; or interfere with the operation of the services.
The app, its brand, design and code belong to Marcus Gustavo Costa da Silveira. The data you create is yours.
We strive to keep the app running, but it is provided "as is". Features may change, be suspended or discontinued. Functions that rely on third parties (such as the AI) may become unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including decisions made based on estimates or insights generated.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you agree to the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the district of Sao Paulo/SP are elected as the venue, except as otherwise required by law.
